November 2013 BMW F11 535i petrol Luxury Touring finished in Black Sapphire metallic (475) with just 17, 460 miles from new. One owner, super clean example in exceptional condition throughout and factory fresh underneath with zero corrosion as expected of a Tokyo car. Grade 4. 5B vehicle along with a full service history, BMW book pack, two keys and a great spec including the desirable pan roof option. M Sport 19" alloys fitted. Difficult to find a Luxury model in Touring spec in Japan with such low mileage and full service history so after a few months of searching this example was located and a full detailed inspection was carried out and we were delighted to be able to secure it for export to the UK.

Originally supplied new by BMW main dealer, Wako Motoren Co, Ltd, Koshigaya City, Japan the pre-delivery inspection was carried out at 8 miles and a further 5 services have been completed in Japan as shown in the service records indicating a fastidious previous Japanese owner. The original protective plastic is even still on the load lip trim in the boot and a foam load carrier is also present to protect the carpet from wear.

Test drive reports a lovely refined car to cover miles in offering a great combination of comfort, practicality and performance along with sensible MPG figures. Chassis and bushings feel tight and together as expected of a very low mileage example and being a Luxury spec model has a more compliant ride than the M-Sport models in comfort which soaks up alot of the poor road surfaces we have in the UK now making for a relaxed long distance machine. Comfort or Sport mode can be selected as desired with Sport mode firming up the steering and suspension and sharpening the throttle response and delaying gearshifts for a more sporty drive.

The N55 twin-scroll turbocharged engine is both smooth and potent producing 306bhp and 300Ibs ft torque which delivers strong performance when required with the ZF 8-speed gearbox offering fast precise changes along with a tall top gear for relaxed fast motorway cruising. This 5-series touring overall offers a very pleasurable driving experience! Originally costing £46, 930 OTR new from BMW plus options this 535i touring now represents great value given its overall condition.
